  I thought I had not received my item, but I had, indeed received it. (My house is being painted, and the painter had tucked the package in with my belongings, which he had covered with tarps without letting me know I'd received it. I alerted the seller that I may not have received the package, and was greeted with a friendly reply and suggestions for where else I might look. In the end, my painter helped me remove one of the tarps, and there was my purchase!

  I received the clogs in a timely manner. The packaging was sufficient. They looked just as the pictures showed and are in grood condition. The price was very reasonable, and I will likely order from this vender again.

  Bag arrived crushed, but I have filler to help get the shape back. Decent shipping time otherwise, taking weather and holidays into account. Came as described - Seller took great pictures of item to show condition and was honest and open about any defects. Got it at a good deal, thanks for fulfilling an old dream of mine!
