  There was an issue with the description but they worked with me to come to an agreed upon conclusion. It was just an honest mistake that was resolved. They were very nice and responded quickly. Very enjoyable engagement with them. Shipping took a long time but it wasn’t their fault at all but the post offices. The packaging was great and thoughtfully done. And in the end the value turned out to be acceptable.

  Excellent customer service and communication by this seller. Tracking provided, but bad weather or some other fate befell the wayward package. Seller refunded with the happy wish the package eventually arrives. A superb example of a wonderful eBay Seller. Note: if this skirt arrives, will contact you to return your rightful funds.   Great experience with buyer! Cost was shipped immediately, delayed by USPS:( .. buyer responded to my questions .. item is as described ! Love my coat! I’m not a fan of eBay’s “ shipping time “ question . USPS delayed delivery .. eBay knows if the buyer shipped the item in a timely matter .. it’s not a fair question

  Arrived carefully wrapped and as described. Vintage shirt with lovely fabric, jacquard floral is what I love about CP Shades . I had a concern about shirt and seller immediately answered and resolved. Very nice! I will order again.

  I love this shirt. Its in beautiful condition. Thank you for shipping so quickly. The packaging was perfect and what a wonderful deal they gave me. This is my 2nd purchase. I appreciate being able to look at their pictures and read descriptions and know the clothes are exactly as described. No surprises once you get it, except that it's even nicer than you thought!! I feel happy to have found a reseller that I can continue to go back to any time I need or want something.
