  This is a really nice headliner material. I was searching for this type of material. It is a super value for the quality of the material. The material was shipped rolled up on a cardboard tube. Other sellers fold the material for shipping that creates wrinkles. I wish I could give this seller more than perfect feedback. They were great to deal with in all aspects. Very highly recommended. Would absolutely buy from again.

  They can't seem to send the same or correct material twice. I contacted them. They refunded. I reorder. They sent different/wrong material. I tried ordering extra firm. They still sent something too soft different than first order. Contacted them again and explained they still sent me something different. They apologized that they can't do better. But offered nothing for a refund or how to make it right. I'm out $60 or so. So do business at your on risk.

  Sorry I can't rate this item as it was returned due to wrong color sent. The seller communication was great in response to returning the item. Too early yet to know if I will be paying for return shipping, hopefully not. Other than the color issue, which is annoying, the ebay process requires me to lie about the reason for the return because if I tell the truth and indicate the item is not as described, requires pictures to be uploaded and ebay will not accept JPGs even though it says they do.

  Tania was quick to answer my questions, and was a joy to work with. The jute padding was shipped and delivered quickly. I opened it right away, and it was just what I wanted (this will be for sound-reducing padding in the ceiling of an old car I'm rebuilding). Thank you CloseoutfabricsUSA !!
