  Great customer service! Seller responded immediately, offered a bundle deal when I bought multiple items, shipped quickly, and went to the extra effort of wrapping all the pieces separately so they wouldn't scratch eachother.   Extremely professional and caring seller and because of the Canada Post strike they kept my package with me knowing Ofcourse through a message and shipped it once the strike had ended so it wouldn't get lost. I'm beyond grateful and extremely happy with this seller who put my customer service first and foremost. The seller kept in touch with me with multiple messages during the sale and shipping.   Shipped very quickly in excellent packaging. The dark red/brown stone looks even nicer than pictured! I'd say its exactly as described! Very happy with the price! I think I've purchased nearly a dozen items from seller and I've not disappointed!
