    Package was delivered on time, very well packed. The product was as described including the damage to the box. The seller accepted a fair offer for the product. The most important part of the transaction that there was a small problem that the seller dealt with quickly. Communication was very quick. All in all happy and would use again.

    Item turned up on time and very well packaged, however the item sent was incorrect and not the size advertised. The seller was very quick in rectifying the mistake and I am very pleased with the service and product I received.

    Well packed and only took 2 days to get here. I did notice a tiny little chip on bottom plate however,for the price I’m not going to complain. It will go either way my kilner jars. Thank you seller

    No packaging as stated, item smells new, and looks news, I just hope it hasn't been used. But works fine so happy with purchase. Sent quickly, happy to buy again from seller.
