Multiple layers of packing protected adequately but barely. Too loose in box. Did take a beating during shipping. Product safe.

    As described and as per photos. Reduced price offer made the decision to purchase the item, otherwise it would have been too expensive. Good value considering it was shipped from USA. Very well packaged. Update re tracking of item was good.

    Unfortunately, UPS lost the product, and I never received it. But the seller was completely responsive and supportive, and quickly refunded my money. I would gladly do business with them in the future.

    So I purchased two angels one angel from the seller and the other Angel from a different seller and I have to say that both arrived beautiful however this one was not broken like the other one was but that was a different seller so only incredible things about the seller perfect gorgeous and yeah very very happy and thank you so much for a wonderful ebay experience and I hope to buy more statues in the future.
