    Overall good value for the item and free shipping is a plus. Item was new as described and the exchange process was smooth as I’ve received the replacement in a timely manner. Good communication with the seller. Placed another order for one but apparently it got lost between the label being created and it being received by FedEx as I got a notification with a tracking number and everything so not sure what happened there. Tired to reorder and they had no more so that was a bummer.

    SBS 778HS arrived quickly, well packaged, and at a fair price. As an aside, I requested additional tracking information due to a mixed shipment. I read the sellers negative feedback while I waited for a reply. The very next day I received a detailed reply from the seller with all tracking numbers, a pardon for the mixed shipments, and a thanks for the business. The pads arrived that day. I for one am very pleased with the service I received. Maybe don't believe all the negatives.

    I purchased 3 rotors from this seller. They made me a discounted offer on 1. After I purchased 3, I asked if they would match the original discounted price of the 1. Without any questions they refunded the difference and shipped them quickly. These are excellent quality rotors and in brand new condition. They look great and provide a great upgrade to my brake system. Would highly recommend this seller to anyone.

    Probably the best company I’ve ever dealt with! Ordered a youth helmet by mistake and within 3 minutes they had resolved the issue completely, sent me my money back and had my adult size helmet on the way,(plus it was 55% cheaper than ANYONE on eBay!! I highly recommend them and will definitely be buying from them again!!! I couldn’t be happier, came in extremely fast and packaged with care! I can’t say enough good things about these people!!!
