  I have contacted the seller and was told I would receive a refund. But I am beginning to doubt, as the seller has sent me such snotty emails, I see a severe lack of professionalism. From what he/she has said, I fear they will claim I damaged the item when I returned it EXACTLY the same condition in which I received it. I have pictures to prove that. I order several ornaments every year, but I will definitely avoid this seller in the future.
