  The pot that I ordered was in excellent condition. I have other pieces from the same collection and this would’ve been perfect. Unfortunately, in shipping, the item arrived damaged. It was well wrapped, but I have to imagine that it was thrown from a great height. I immediately notified the seller, who promptly followed up and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This seller gets five stars from me for her customer service.
