    Seller incorrectly described the item to have a laser guide and it didn’t. They admitted they copied and pasted the description from another seller, and then refused to answer me after that. 0/10, don’t buy from this seller!

I apologized for a late reply letting you know that I was on vacation and my account was on vacation mode and offered you multiple solutions, you didn't want any of them, rather you decided to keep the item and write a negative review. even though i mislabeled the product it was still a nice product that you paid a fair price for. (I also just want to note that I offer free returns on every item, and you could've returned it at any time for a full refund.
