  Happy to receive this item. Lost my original and was happy could replace it. Felt like shipping and handling could have been combined as I purchased another item at the the same time from the same seller. Also there was a mix up on the second order as to quantity but the seller was very gracious in working things out. They compensated for the mixup generously. I would buy from this seller again. I only discounted stars on the shipping. S/h/b less expensivesince two orders shipped together

  Unfortunately my ornaments arrived broken. I’m not sure how as they were packaged well and good quality. I let her know and she submitted a refund right away. I am going to repurchase them and hope USPS doesn’t mess up the new shipment as these were intended to be gifts. The seller was very helpful and responsive.
