  I got all the items. The packaging is perfect. No one millimeter wasted. Foam wrapping all around and a box that seems manufactured to the inch. The boards are in individual anti/static bags. I love the shipping costs fade by buying many pieces. Everything looks perfect. I tried these amplifiers before. They can be turned on for years and still work pretty well.

  This seller is unable to use Yanwen, the much preferred shipping channel to South Africa, thereby incurring a lot of extra importation costs as well a significant risk of theft. Also his prices are very much higher than his competitors. Therefore not recommended.

  This item was listed as an “unused, brand new” unit. When it arrived, the terminal connections are burnt/melted, which indicates that the product has not only been previously used, but it also presents a significant 🔥 hazard. The seller obviously re-packaged it, and is now attempting to claim that it was due to my negligence during installation. This seller is highly unprofessional, and should be avoided at all costs.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.. scammed, complete different item than pictured and described.. Took more than a month to ship item plus the delivery time. Now won't send me correct item unless I pay him 40 more dollars. Horrible experience . Ebay is stepping in to get my refund and work this out hopefully.

  I'm sorry you didn't have a good shopping experience. But you bought the wrong model yourself, and we are willing to resend the product you need, but you are not willing to bear the freight.
