  Item arrived in a box that looked like it had been dug out of the trash can. It had a hole in it, which was covered with packing tape. No padding or anything. Just threw my stuff in the box and shipped it like that. Also, batteries were shown in the picture, but no batteries were included. No way to contact seller.

  The monitor is pristine and in perfect working condition. It included everything in the box that was required to get it working. Overall the seller was one of the best I've dealt with on Ebay. There was a shipping issue, but the seller was responsive and quick to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate their help. Thank you!
