  I’m extremely pleased with this purchase! The Dell Precision 5820 arrived earlier than expected, in excellent condition, and with the exact hardware listed in the description. It was also very well packaged! It has performed flawlessly from its very first startup. The quality exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding, especially Bryan, who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Overall, fantastic value for the price. I highly recommend this seller!

  Drives were well packed and shipped promptly. The drives are just what I needed to add into my new vdev. After some testing, I have questions about the stated hours on the drives, but they are in great condition and I am very satisfied with the purchase I made. I spoke to the seller about the hours issue and after a couple replies, they offered me a small refund to make up for the difference in cost of the drives. I am very happy with the prompt and positive replies and I highly recommend them.

  Order four 6TB drives and they arrived extremely well packaged, possible the most well packaged thing I've ever received. Each drive was individually contained within a bag marked by SN and bubblewrapped tightly, the four drives were then placed into a box with larger bubblewrap on both sides of the box. There was absolutely no chance whatsoever that these could've been damaged in shipping. The seller even provides a 90day refund/replacement option and gave a cute Thank You card. Will buy again.

  The item was well packed and even included a thank you card. Still testing out the drive and it is working as advertised so far. The seller was very helpful in providing information in about the drive and very informative of other information dealing with computers and the differnt types of media out there today media in general. Central Valley Computer parts was represented very well and is definitely a recommended seller in my opinion!

  Product arrived in the condition that was stated and was very well wrapped!! The seller took every measure to make sure the product would arrive undamaged. Machine worked out of the box and even came with the power cable which I wasn’t sure was listed as being included so that was a nice touch
