  Arrived within a week item was excellent condition as described and great value. Came with a generic charger (5v2a), USBA to C cable, and a SIM card tool. Packaging was a bubble packaging with a box inside and another bubble pouch wrapping the phone. Only thing I would change is to make the bubble wrap for phone itself tighter as the package seemed to rattle when I got it and would make it more secure but otherwise everything was perfect!

  The watch arrived in flawless condition, I reached out and asked the seller a few questions in regards to the open box vs refurbished and they were very responsive. Watch appears to be in new condition which gives you that value for your money feeling. The watch was missing the correct strap, the seller put it in and shipped it with a separate watch order we placed. Will buy again from them
