    Item condition is as described. The item looks like the photos, has the lock, keys, and Alan wrench. I’ll be using it for my bike rack and am happy with my purchase. It is a high quality item, appearance is clean as well. The seller also negotiated price fairly and was quick to ship. Would purchase from again. Thanks!
