    Drive had only 7 hours of Power-On time, was exactly as described, was packaged well, and price was very reasonable. Seller's communication was proactive and thorough. I would absolutely buy from them again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

    Highly recommend this seller. Great price and speedy delivery. Seller enjoys giving kids and seniors piggyback rides. There is a waiting list to get a hug from this seller. Tree-climbing champion but looking to branch out. Life of the party at funerals. Always brings enough for the rest of the class. Will never make fun of your plumber's crack. Will violently slap at a bug that is on your face. Strangers slap buyer on the back. Smile brightens up a room, so you don't need a lamp. The end.

    The computer was shipped quickly and arrived in the condition described in the listing. My only concern is that the computer arrived with preinstalled software and altered system configurations. It did not boot to a setup screen. A quick reinstall of the OS and deletion of all previous data resolved this, which should be done with any preowned or refurbished computer. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and recommend this seller.

    Correct, as in our ebay item description Windows 10 Professional was installed so you would not get a set up screen.
