My used factory service manual for 1999 Ram Truck was exactly what the picture showed it would be, Chuck sent lower $$ offer,was a fair honest price (thank u for that), item nicely packaged for shipping, nothing fancy, just simple tried and true job done to ensure no damage during shipping.
