    Fantastic customer service. The item came exactly as described with speedy delivery, it was packaged appropriately. I am very happy with the product and the value for money. There was a slight fault with the controller that came with the console, nothing that would stop me from using the product but a fault nonetheless and I was partially refunded for the controller, got replies within 10 mins of messaging, couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Would recommend and will use again.

    Superb service! Sometimes, the best gauge of commitment to customer service is how a seller behaves when things don’t go quite to plan. Despite being very well wrapped, this compass was damaged during transit. The seller got in touch very soon after I raised the issue and dealt with the whole transaction, from return to refund, efficiently and without fuss. The compass had been dispatched promptly and was just as described. I’d have no hesitation in buying from them again. Thank you.

    The fastest delivery I've ever had on a parcel with ebay. Item in excellent condition, needed a little cleaning up but I don't mind that. All as described and actually looked cleaner than in the pictures. Decently priced considering most PAL versions seem to be increasingly rare at this point. Packaged well and safely to avoid damage. Had a small issue (out of the seller's control) which was fed back privately and seller was extremely quick responding and professional in dealing with the matter.

    The item was carefully packaged and it arrived extremely quickly, delivered by a high quality courier. The seller kept me informed throughout the process. The phone works as expected and described, with 100% battery health ad no visible marks on it. All accessories and manuals were included in the box. The warranty is as described as well. Considering how great value they delivered for a good price, I am truly satisfied with this purchase. So I would highly recommend the seller, thank you!
