    At my request, sent an email with photo of software key code within hours of order so I did not have to wait for the physical card to arrive. Very pleased with level of service and responsiveness. Price was half the retail price for identical product from Intuit or local stores.

    Item never arrived, tracking just stopped working halfway through the shipment. Seller was very communicative about shipping dates and tracking, and refund arrived promptly. No issues with seller, just disappointed in mail service!
