  Horrible seller. The seller shipped the item very late and then claimed that they had to attend a wedding The quality of the rugs itself was abysmal-loose threads, bad stitching and looked nothing like the photo. When confronted, the seller provides me with bogus pictures, which I called BS-how can you take pictures of every single rug you make? I asked for a refund and they kept dodging the issue and tried to delay the process.

  Beautiful rug. Exactly as promised. Great communication with the seller. They waited to deliver on a specific date for me. Great quality and good value for what it is. I’m thrilled.

  I ordered my rug on 11/2, seller informed me that the rug was going to ship on 11/12. I reached back out to seller on 12/2 because I never received a tracking number. On 12/11 eBay refunded me because nothing had been done by seller. I would not recommend buying from this seller and having your money tied up for over a month.
