    The Holiday Ornament came with one of the small crystals missing. The seller was extremely responsive to my disappointment in one of the crystals missing. She immediately responded to me regarding my disappointment and she voluntarily offered resolution. The issue was completely resolved by her. I would absolutely purchase from her again.
