It is in as new condition exactly as described by the seller on EBay and at the price paid for this quality item is excellent value.     Great Vendor, item as described, shipping was fast, packaging was great, each lot was place in its own dealer card for safe posting, value was great and shipping cost was reasonable. Will be looking at other items soon. Vendor used postage stamps for postage too. Great ones that I will add to my collection. Thanks
