Let down by carrier, Evri who delivered several days late then just chucked my item in my garden. Went unnoticed and was left in the rain and now damaged! No reflection on seller but will not purchase any items in future if being delivered by Evri. This is not the first time I have had issues with this appalling delivery company. We have offered to replace for the customer, but they have confirmed the artwork itself is actually ok. I am sorry the courier let us down on this occasion, if we could hand deliver them ourselves we would.
