  Je recommande ce vendeur qui m'a spontanément remboursé la moitié de mon achat de désherbant, le colis ayant été ouvert le bouchon avait laissé échapper une partie du liquide.   The item was exactly as described. It arrived quickly and well packed but was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller who replied immediately and sorted the problem out. Excellent communication I would certainly use this seller again.

  Received well packaged on time but unfortunately they are slightly bigger than I needed for the old stapler I currently use. I have contacted the seller for information on a compatible stapler and await a response. Product is as describled and very good value.

  Thank you very much for swift dispatch, item well packaged, bargain price and as described. Good communication system, too, for tracking parcel. The guess was that this item could arrive within a 7-day slot; but we actually received next-day delivery. Terrific!

  Lovely communication from seller letting me know the item had been dispatched and that they would be in touch again once delivery confirmed. Can't comment on that as yet as only just received. This was a present for someone and although the item was fine there was damage to the plastic protection on the box. I have included 2 photos. Not sure if the item was dispatched like this or was damaged during transit as was only wrapped in a thin plastic bag.
