  I have bought from the seller multiple times before. They always have great prices. I always have got exactly what is advertised. The products are always boxed. It says to me the seller cares. I appreciate they were able to communicate and help me. No I didn't need this item because I already had it I will definitely be buying from the seller again. Thank you

  The item was as advertised but was missing the zero fitting that was supposed to be in the box. Also the shipping was delayed because the spindle was sent in the wrong package resulting in postage due in the amount of $21.60 which the seller told me I would be reimbursed for. Otherwise I’m satisfied with the quality and price. I’ll be buying more mower parts from this company.

  after receiving my battery shipment the first time at the post office. it was labeled damaged on the box and the box was empty. i'm sure it had nothing to do with seller. i contacted the seller and the replaced the battery. with no no hassle . thank you very much for there quick response. excellent customer service

  Clutch kit was exactly what I was looking for my 1982 Kawasaki KZ 550 LTD. Clutch kit was brand new as describe in the listing. Item cost was very reasonable and shipping time was very quick. Seller communicated quickly and honestly. The item showed "not delivered" on my eBay account, but item was indeed delivered on time. This was a clerical error by the USPS mail carrier. I will be adding this vendor to my saved list.

  Accurate and fast seller. Will use again. Item received was exactly as advertised and in brand new condition. Also, I ordered very near Christmas day and expected slow handling time due to the holiday but was surprised to receive the item just as quickly as normal. I can't comment on communication because we didn't need to communicate, which to me is another mark of a good seller and good business. Thank you.

  Item arrived, not packaged very well, and the stater had tore the gasket. Upon notifying the seller they did send the replacement gasket, at no charge. So that part was all OK. It just sent me back from getting my project finished about a week. Other than that the item seems to be as described, we’ll see if the quality is there overtime. excellent communication from the seller. Would recommend this seller.
