    Very satisfied with the professionalism of the seller; I ordered two by mistake and almost immediately I got a message checking the quantity required - the refund for the duplicate one was in my account the next day. Order arrived on time, packaging was intact - overall a very efficient service.

    I had bought this item however due to unforeseen circumstances there was an error with my shipping and my product was never dispatched. I gave it some time and decided to contact the seller about this. Within 12 hours I had a response and the option of a refund or to still receive my order but on special 1 day delivery. The communication was very clear and very quick. I also received lots of smaller goodies inside my package which was a very welcome bonus overall lovely customer support :)

    Didn’t receive the item as they didn’t have it in stock for a week maybe two. The communication was brilliant I was told straight away they were waiting on the part and they would refund me if I didn’t want to wait (I didn’t). They refunded me the same day and apologised! Really can’t fault them will use them again I the future!

    Excellent service! Great comms from seller. The levers arrived super fast despite a slight delay in dispatch. Arrived well packaged and in perfect new condition. They were well priced, even after missing out on the seller's recent special offer.
