  Tom was super helpfu, he answered me each time I called, even after business hours. I received my product timely and exactly as described. I purchased hood hinges for an 83 coupe deville and Tom helped me with sending my units back to him and was very patience with me. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and purchase, I'm already prepping to make another purchase and will come to Tom at Cadillac Kingdom for all my Cadillac needs. 5 stars in my book, happy customer.

  I received the wrong starter for my car, (nobody’s fault i. My opinion) I called the phone number on the business card he sent with the starter and he answered immediately and refunded the part and shipping no problem. I then ordered the correct part from him and received it quickly.

  This was a very pleasant purchase. They expedited shipping for me so I could make a deadline. The balancer was packaged perfectly and was just as described.   Items as described with good packaging. Severe problems with ebay international shipping method. Not the fault of the seller in any way. ebay shipping firstly did not question the size of the parcel and it was returned. Parcel had to be split into two and dispatched. ebay then did not include correct documents and information for UK customs and caused a lot of problems in clearance. Not recommended to use ebay shipping method for high value international goods. Use only for small items.

  part appears properly rebuilt, shipping a little high,6 days before part was shipped arrived late on my 28, hidden core charge appeared after purchase was made, but still less than competitor.
