    Amazing seller, worked with me to help me complete my collection! Seamless transaction, arrived quickly, and was packaged to perfection.     Items arrived safely and were well wrapped and as described. Shipping took a long time but this was not the fault of the seller. FedEx shipping took more than 10 days when their own website says it’s a 3-5 day delivery. FedEx customer service is terrible.

    Original package arrived with broken contents. Could have been packed better. Seller was slow with communication, but resolved the matter with like replacements. Second package arrived with intact contents and fast delivery.

    The cups arrived in good time, well wrapped. They look just like they did in the photograph. Hopefully I can avoid breaking more so I don't have to buy any more, but this was a good price for the ones I did have to replace.

    Heard broken glass when I lifted the box(which was too big and not adequately packed for antique glass) and took pics before opening. Realized I had the wrong item and the correct one wouldn't arrive in time for Mother's Day; immediately wrote asking options. Without asking, seller stated they would send replacement. After I requested a refund instead(within a minute of THEIR initial response), silence. For days. Had to contact ebay for a refund, and seller was SO RUDE. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED
