    Great eBay trader and a great item. Ordered on the Friday, hoping to get it on Monday. Turned up on the Saturday morning within 24 hours! Laptop is as described - not new but perfectly functional and excellent value for the price. Seller responded quickly to my pre-sale question about docking station compatibility as well. Very well packaged for transit. I would use this company again happily and would recommend to others as well. Thank you.

    Seller was super helpful and quick to respond to queries. Unfortunately the product arrived with a fault but following some basic troubleshooting seller was quick to send us a replacement unit. Replacement unit works well, arrived clean and apart from minor cosmetic blemishes on the cover (which were described on listing and expected) the item feels and works almost like brand new. Would definitely use this seller again in the future.

    Box was a little damaged when product arrived, but seems to just be a lifted seal. Laptop was clean and tidy with some nice touches such as the testing report being included. Communication, shipping and the item weee/are all great. Would by from this seller again - no problem.

    Excellent laptop, well packaged, and arrived the next day, even though I ordered very late. Condition exactly as described. There was a minor issue with my order, which Craig resolved very quickly. Absolutely outstanding customer service - would happily buy from him again.

    Item as described, works great so far, one scratch on the lid and a small dent on a corner but this is what was described, so far it works great!! Really happy with it! Great value too! Packaged really well, fast delivery too and the cats get a free box :D
