    Shipped item in a timely manner, when it was recieved it was packaged well. It arrived with the wrong AC power adapter and I was a little upset that I had to further wait for an adapter but seller really went above and beyond and really made it right!! Highly recommended seller. For an eBay store who sells so many items they still help the customer and actually message back unlike other mass item sellers. Thank You Again!!!!!

    I received the computer, as described!! I however did not read the full description and ordered the wrong one, this seller made every effort to help me with the problem, my fault 100 % would I recommend this seller YES and I would shop the seller again!!!! These guys go above and beyond when it comes to Customer Service. Thanks for your quick response and helping me correcting my problem

    Highly recommended seller. Promptly addressed issues arising from shipping with UPS. The package was damaged in shipping and the seller promptly made arrangements for replacements. Product was as advertised (condition, quality, appearance), and priced aggressively.

    Seller accidentally shipped a 6th gen instead of a 7th gen HP mini Desktop. I noticed the mix up a day after delivery, I messaged the seller and within hours they had another on its way with a return label for the wrong item. Very impressed with the seller's responsiveness and understanding. THANK YOU! Condition is as promised. Great for the money.

    "Fantastic purchase! The item arrived in the normal amount of time considering the distance it had to be shipped and was exactly as described. The quality is excellent, and even though it was rebuilt, it still looks and functions like new. The price was more than fair—great value for such a well-maintained product.
