  I got my item and it did not worked. I send them a message. Before I put my tablet down they reply to my message. tried the technical stuff and still didn’t work so they offer to send me a replacement and replacement came really fast they even upgrade me from max to ultra without me asking. New box works good. really fast speeds and tons of apps to choose from. great product fast shipping amazing technical support and piece of mind.   Excellent communication not so sure this was an upgrade from my 3 but it's up and running! Must be the free platform I'm using that is glitchy!
