Seller communicated well and was willing to refund me my money but didn’t have too because usps finally got things together and I finally received item after a few weeks. Package or label was not damaged so truly just poor service by usps

No problem - super conscientious seller allowed me to return the cover at his expense. Assisted me finding and purchasing another cover that fit my saw. Unfortunately, the new one was nearly 2X the price. Nothing he could do - that’s just what Stihl gets for that part. This was a genuine OEM part. Great seller. I feel as if I was treated fairly

I know the slow shipping was not his fault and even though I informed him I did want a partial refund, he did so anyway as he still took responsibility for their shortcomings. Grateful bussines owner I would highly recommend. He is trying to resove his shipping issue he's had lately and I wish him lots of luck. Great bussines.
