  When it arrived, the box was falling apart, but packaging was holding together, and no damage was found. Top consideration was great response time as getting new components lead to some problems, but their support was timely and very helpful.

  Not completely happy about them not sending the correct item, but they did test it prior and sent out a slightly better unit. I wish there was more communication about it prior. They did send a new power supply for one that failed.
