  I was sent the wrong item but the seller was honest and open about what happened. They organised a reply-paid return label and a prompt full refund (the item I purchased had been sent to another buyer and was out of stock). Mistakes can happen to anyone - the measure is how they're put right. In this case, it was handled perfectly, with great communication, hence the five-star review. I have no hesitation recommending this seller who I'd not hesitate to buy from again.

  Trés bon vendeur, très réactif, expédition rapide (1 semaine ). Très bien emballé, Article conforme au descriptif de bonne qualité. Par contre le suivi du colis par le transporteur, c'est une catastrophe,,ça fait plusieurs jours que j'ai reçu le colis, et le suivi est toujours en cours de livraison,
