  Bought this item in January but it never arrived. Upon contacting seller, they were swift in taking action in dealing with it.   I accidentally ordered the wrong leather watchband - my fault. When I notified the seller of my mistake, they were very understanding and once I organised the return of the watchband, the seller quickly posted the correct replacement band. The seller was professional, courteous and understanding and a pleasure to deal with. The watchband is very good quality and arrived very quickly. I would be happy to buy from this seller again.
