  Shipping was within the time described and was included within a fair price provided by the seller. The reason for the lower score for condition, the container has rust on the bottom of the can that was not disclosed in the description and was not shown in the pictures. I dont think the product is impacted and I "probably" would have purchased the product had I known. However, disclosure should have been provided for the consumer to have an opportunity to make the decision.

  This site is definitely a “Man of their Word” My resoviour was damaged on the coffee pot I received. It was late in the day when I let them know, but I received a reply from them telling me they would make things right! My new pot is on the way with an expected delivery date. I’m so relieved & satisfied that I’m not losing my $.
