  The printer arrived in a good condition and as depicted in the multiple photos. It was packaged very well. An error message unfortunately popped up and the printer would not work. The seller was very helpful and responsive. She purchased a new printhead and had it delivered directly to me. This promptly solved the error message issue. The printer is now working as it should and I am very happy. I would highly recommend this seller and would not hesitate to buy from her again.

  Excellent seller! Great communication! Although, the item didn’t arrive in excellent condition the seller made everything right by issuing a complete refund extremely fast. This seller deserves a AAA+++ rating. Thanks again.

  The receiver arrived quickly and in good condition due to being well packaged. My only complaint is minor; there's a small dent in the right rear corner that doesn't effect the operation that I wasn't aware of. I would recommend this seller
