    I ordered two different packs of 40 hair bobbles. Both were stuffed together in one small box, which, when the box was opened, they all fell out everywhere. This meant going through them to separate the mixed colours . If they had been in two separate bags, inside the box this would have been much better. As it was, I counted 35 of each 'colour ' instead of the 40 that were advertised. All in all, I paid for 80 hair bobbles, and only received 70. I messaged the seller and he has not replied.

    We always double check each order before dispatch them. Due to great quality of our hair bobbles , we have got so many returned buyers for years and never had such a problem . Additionally , we away weight our parcel and we are sure that there was no missing in your parcel after we double checked again from our inventory and the weight of your parcel. you have been banned from coming back because your comments cause damage to our reputation.

    Perfect transaction, with good communication and speedy despatch. Unfortunately the canister arrived with a dent in it. I have thrown it away and used my existing ceramic one instead with the brush/top and handle.
