  Unfortunately it arrived damaged but this was DPD's fault not the company, they sorted it out with a partial refund though I've learned not to trust DPD again because they delivered it in an absolute mess (like box bent into a C-shape and heavy damage). Seller was decent, if a little slow in sorting it out but can't fault them for the issues since they've no control over DPD and their shoddy work (with heavy items like this).

  Ordered by mistake but seller responded very quickly without any quibbling my refund having returned the item. Recommend this seller to anyone. Service excellent!

  Item came on time, box was massively damaged and there's a few scratches and marks on the item but nothing to effect use, tried contacting but no answer, would leave neutral feedback but can't yet only positive

  Delivered to a random neighbour by Evri who are absolutely useless ! Eventually got it after a few days. Seller wasn’t interested & didn’t respond to my issue. Finally got to open parcel & product is a bit poor quality. Not adjustable without circlip pliers & not designed to be adjusted ! ‘Rope’ only stays in handles by a crimp. Would hardly call it “professional”, wouldn’t recommend the seller or the delivery company.
