    Item was well-packed, promptly shipped, arrived quickly, and was exactly as described. The price was very competitive and a good value. I would like to mention that the cost of shipping was VERY reasonable - not like some vendors who jack up their shipping costs with junk handling fees. This vendor is fair to the customer in all respects.

    Larry was very good to work with and a fair eBay seller. The printer surprised myself and Larry with the unexpected hardware issue that rose after 30 days. Larry and I were in contact about the issue and he did try to assist. I ended up taking the printer to a local repair shop but the potential problems and cost to fix were prohibitive. Larry went above and beyond to assist with repair shop fee. He was under no obligation to do so. However that is and example of a very fair business owner.

    The best packaging job I have ever received for a used electronic. Shipping was very fast and the item was exactly as it was in the photos. I highly recommend this seller.

    Came packaged perfectly, I was honestly surprised with how much care the seller took with my item. I also really appreciate that they removed the toner from the printer prior to shipping (to prevent major clean ups). The seller negotiated a fair price for the unit, I highly recommend buying something if you were lurking this shop
