    If I could rate this seller a 10 star I would. The quality of materials isexceptional. Thw workmanship is outstanding. The Artistry is beautiful. You can not find a more diligent and caring seller. I was guided through the process of selecting the exact design of the marker. The marker arrived on time and exactly as described. Even the packing was carefully done. I want to get what I pay for and with this seller I was not disappointed. My family was over whelmed with emotion at seeing the marker

    He did a wonderful job on my pet stone his response to contacting him was excellent answered back very quickly shipped out my stone the same day I bought it. He did a fantastic job and will recommend anybody to buy from them.

    The quality of the work did not match the examples shown in their eBay listing. The work looks distorted and bears no resemblance to the sample they sent for my approval. It took a long time to complete the work, and after contacting them, the artwork they sent was missing. I attribute this to the quality of the work, which may have included a photo that was not the original sent to them, although they claim otherwise. The seller offered to redo the work if I covered the shipping costs, I do not
