    Item is as displayed NOS and received. Packaged extremely well for international shipping 20/10. This seller is very professional top 3 seller for me. 1 issue is that postage estimates are wrong, I cannot understand why it takes US Postal Service 21 + days to dispatch, Australia is just as pathetic with these services as well. Postage is not the seller's or buyers' fault for a service that is out of their hands. Thankyou very much Boulder Bicycle for your service 20/10.
