Each glass bottle was sealed in a plastic bag wrapped with bubble wrap and then package tape to hold the bubble wrap in place, then all bottles placed in cardboard box with cardboard pieces in between each bottle on each side. Shipping time was a little long but no charge to me for the shipping so was worth the wait. Thank you for the care in shipping.

The three glass bottles of vanilla were completely safe and unharmed, with each one being wrapped in a custom, bottle-shaped bubble wrap with a hinge AND paper, then nested in more bubble wrap re-inforced by cardboard. My mom summed it up when she said “Wow, this person knows what they’re doing.” Count me impressed, would buy again.

The half that has been delivered, two of the four jugs, survived the trip between Texas and Maryland, were delivered in a reasonable time and were as described. The remaining two jugs of the order have only a 'label created' tracking status - the vendor is saying I haven't gotten my complete order due to 'shipping delays'. Shipping can't be delayed until an item ships! Communication is not very good at this point.
