Rob was absolutely excellent to work with. The package got lost in the mail, and probably would have stayed lost, but for his diligent follow-up with Aus Post. Once it arrived, the item was meticulously packaged and exactly as he described. I will definitely buy from him again. What a great way to make a good experience out of a potentially bad one.
