  Super fast shipping and delivery, super fast responses. One of the items didn't survive an obvious jab/impact to the box during shipping. i contacted the seller through the ebay app immediately and the issue had been resolved to my satisfaction in very short turnaround. The seller was generous, polite, offered options and sincere apologies, leaving me wanting to give the *seller* a refund for his troubles (smiling). I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  This is the type of vendor you want to do business with. -Accurate description -Prompt Shipping The tool was damaged in shipping, the seller was great to work with on a return & refund. -I sent photos of the damaged box and tool -He replied promptly and issued a refund shipping label -I received a refund in about 3 days when he received the returned tool. This vendor is VERY fair to work with and manages his business well. Thank you!

  Good packaging, item arrived intact. Shipping was prompt and everything as described. Included keycap puller came in handy I seem to have misplaced mine so I really appreciate that, and the free stickers. Switches are all working properly and sounds great. Thanks Rob!
