  Shopped here before, every time excellent deals and accepts offers.This time was a new experience.The product was scratched.I sent a message before giving feedback with pictures and felt it wasn’t a deliberate mistake judging by past transactions but did want to mention it to put myself in a good position if I were to make an offer next time as the item was so cheap it didn’t warrant post fee back.(Anther great deal.Within 20 mins I was refunded and not a word mentioned.Fully recommend.

  fast dispatch and delivery, item was not new as described and arrived inside box with scuff marks, item was purchased for a gift and I trusted ed the sellers description which stated Brand new in box, contacted seller to respond with return the item for a refund and requested I pay postage to then further re-embursh me. I wanted an exchange for new one but was not possible and offered a refund of £2. unfortunately I will have to gift the damaged one not really happy.
