    The BLUEROCK® 12Z1 T/S Concrete Core Drill arrived as described, but the packaging lacked protection. Thankfully, BLUEROCK’s customer service was exceptional. They quickly provided a prepaid return label and helped resolve the issue by facilitating an exchange for a different model. While the packaging could improve, the drill quality and the company’s customer service were great. I appreciate their fast and helpful support!
