    This company is fantastic from the delivery driver and company thry used .He was brilliant,carrying all the stuff ordered and placing it where I chose safely. The parcels them self were packed so well with cardboard and bubble wrap to prevent any damage.Item was above and beyong what we expected it was beautiful and brilliant value ,just as described. I wouldn't hesitate to ever buy from them again .Thank you so so much

    Many thank for top/bottom rails for stairs. I have to ask why you use DX to deliver your item. Your package was really open from top to tail and today another seller sent a carboard tube with brass trim in it and it was broken. Really frustrated with this continued service from DX. I would never use them.
