    Poor packaging, resulting in a crushed box. First item received was not the one pictured and appeared to have a major printing defect. When the item pictured arrived, it was missing a piece (tail is gone, which is barely visible in the picture, but listed condition is "new"). Seller was willing to work with me throughout the ordeal, providing a refund even after eBay said I was on my own, hence the positive review. Extremely polite and helpful, but I would not buy from this seller again.

    Shipping was fast and fastidiously packaged, individual bottles were wrapped and then put in bags to contain possible spills.     Great job! The price was great, very reasonable for a discontinued product. The packaging was really well done for 3 large bottles—compact, double wrapped, well protected. It arrived ahead of schedule which is always appreciated.
